Expertise
With over 18 years of hands-on experience in HR, Payroll, and Benefits across diverse industries, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how to support organizations and the people who power them. I’m PHRca certified and pursuing a Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
I’ve served on the PASCOHR board and continue to support the HR community through SHRM Nationally and NorCal SHRM locally through CALSHRM.


Approach
My approach is shaped not just by credentials, but by real-life moments—from experiencing a lack of empathy in the workplace during a vulnerable time, to navigating mental health challenges in my personal life. I founded The ElevateHR Project to help leaders build psychologically safe workplaces rooted in empathy, strategy, and compliance.
