Mission

The ElevateHR Project exists to help organizations build workplaces where people and performance thrive together.

Through leadership development, keynote speaking, and strategic consulting, we help organizations strengthen culture, navigate complexity, and create environments where people can do their best work.

Why The ElevateHR Project?

After nearly two decades in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits, I realized something important: organizations rarely struggle because they don't know the rules, they struggle because they forget the people.

Throughout my career, I've partnered with organizations to navigate compliance, employee relations, leadership challenges, and organizational change. Along the way, I also experienced firsthand what happens when empathy is missing from the workplace.

Those experiences shaped the vision behind The ElevateHR Project.

I believe compliance should create confidence, not fear. Leadership should build trust, not just accountability. And workplace culture should be intentionally designed so people feel safe enough to contribute their best work.

Today, I partner with business owners and leaders to build workplaces where compliance, leadership, and humanity work together, not in competition with one another. Because when people feel supported, organizations don't just avoid risk, they thrive.

Expertise

With more than 18 years of experience in Human Resources, Payroll, and Benefits, I've partnered with organizations across diverse industries to solve complex people challenges.

My work spans leadership development, organizational culture, employee relations, compliance, and strategic HR. I'm SHRM-CP and PHRca certified and have dedicated my career to helping leaders create workplaces where both people and business succeed.

Approach

My approach is grounded in a simple belief:

The strongest organizations never lose sight of the people behind the work.

I help leaders balance accountability with empathy, strategy with humanity, and compliance with culture. Because sustainable success requires both.
