All fees for consulting services are clearly communicated and must be paid in advance or as agreed upon in a service contract.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Missed appointments may be charged in full.
6. Disclaimer
We make no guarantees as to the outcomes of services provided. All content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
7. Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Refund Policy
1. Consulting Services
Due to the nature of consulting services, all sales are final once services have been rendered or initiated.
2. Cancellations
If you need to cancel a booked session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule without penalty. No-shows or same-day cancellations may not be refunded or rescheduled.
3. Workshops, Webinars, and Digital Products
- Live Events: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Digital Downloads: All digital products (e.g., handouts, templates, guides) are non-refundable.
4. Quality Concerns
If you're unsatisfied with a service, please reach out to mara@theelevatehrproject.com within 5 business days so we can make it right.
